«THE CITY SLEEPS» is a song dedicated to everyone who lies awake at night because their mind is filled with guilt, self-doubt, and perfectionist expectations that simply won’t let them rest. While the city sleeps, they continue to struggle in the dark with thoughts that refuse to grow quiet. The empty streets at night symbolize this aimless wandering through one’s own mind, searching for a moment of peace. In the end, what remains is the wish to find a small light somewhere that says: You are allowed to let go.

Active in their native Switzerland for almost 20 years, the band first made their mark with their debut album «FIGHT THE STATIC VIEW» — a bold and uncompromising statement from a young band with something to prove, leading to tours across Switzerland and Germany.
Their second album, «EXPLORING NEW STARS», entered the Swiss album charts at #20 in 2017 and pushed the band to a new level. Produced by Grammy® Award-winning producer Reto Peter (Green Day / Counting Crows), the record delivered anthemic songs, powerful production, and a festival-ready energy that defined the band’s next chapter.
After a few quieter years, BRAGGARTS step forward with renewed energy and a sharper sound. Their latest EP, «ECHOES OF EVOLUTION» (09.05.2025), marked the beginning of a new era — louder, more direct, and emotionally heavier.
Now, in spring 2026, the band release their new single «LOUDER» (17.04.2026), the first glimpse of the forthcoming EP, scheduled for autumn 2026.
This is exactly where BRAGGARTS belong: loud, urgent, and impossible to ignore. No comeback. No revival. Just BRAGGARTS at full volume.
